ABOUT JBCC

Jonathan Bernstein Consulting Corp. is a real estate consulting firm that advises and assists real estate developers throughout all phases of an asset's development including acquisition, financing, leasing, construction, joint ventures and sale. JBCC further advises clients on their portfolio's entire capital stack including common equity, preferred equity, senior debt and mezzanine debt.

TEAM MEMBERS

JONATHAN BERNSTEIN

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Bernstein is the CEO and founder of JBCC. He oversees all business and operational aspects of the company and advises clients with regard to strategic business decisions and debt structuring.

Over the course of his fifty plus years of real estate experience, Mr. Bernstein has structured and executed over $60 billion of sales, acquisitions and joint ventures as well has over $20 billion in capital and debt restructuring for private companies, REITs and other public companies.

Mr. Bernstein is also the CEO of Terra Scientia, LLC, a private company which owns multiple patents around object recognition using digital imagery and spectroscopy.

Mr. Bernstein received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where he was the Notes and Comments editor of the Law Review, and attended New York University for his LLM in taxation. Mr. Bernstein received his B.A. from Brandeis University.

SHARON A. RUGGERI

Head of Legal Analysis

Legal Assistant and commercial real estate closing coordinator since 1981 for fast paced highly productive real estate law firms.

Sharon and her husband love to travel, and spend time with their children and grandchild. Sharon has been supervisor of document review and presentation in two New York City law firms over the last 35 years. She has supervised due diligence for hundreds of real estate acquisitions during her career, specializing in leases and title. In her spare time, when she has any, she enjoys gardening and watercolor painting.

DEBBIE CAMPISI

Closing Coordinator

Debbie is a New York City resident, who has served for the last 15 years as the administrator for the vice chairman of a family office with investments in oil and gas, sports, bonds, stock and other private equity investments.
Prior to that, Debbie served as closing coordinator at two Park Avenue law firms. In 2007, she was responsible for the closing of the largest single asset real estate transaction in American history. Debbie lives with her two dogs, and loves to cook and dance.

ANN JULIA LUKASZEWICZ

Business Operations Manager

Ms. Lukaszewicz is currently the Business Operations Manager at Jonathan Bernstein Consulting Corp. and has been working with JBCC since February 2016.

Ms. Lukaszewicz received her Bachelor of Sciences in Biology from Cornell University in January 2013. During her senior semester at Cornell, she conducted research in Polymer Degradation at the Cornell School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering.
